Protected learning time (PLT) dates
Protected Learning Time Sessions will be held within the practice between 2pm and 6pm. The practice will remain closed during this time. For any patients who require care during the practice closures our answerphone will direct you to call 111.

Urgent and Emergency Care Provision at Peterborough City Hospital
Peterborough City Hospital’s Urgent and Emergency care provision consists of an Emergency Department and Urgent Treatment Centre.

Dental emergencies
If you have a dental emergency:
- Contact your regular dentist: if you have one, as they may offer an emergency appointment.
- Call NHS 111: or visit their website, 111.nhs.uk, for advice and to find a local urgent dental centre.
- Call the urgent dental service directly: on 0300 555 6667 and press option 1.
- Go to A&E: if you experience severe swelling in the mouth or neck that makes it difficult to breathe, swallow, or speak.
