We are a training practice and we may offer you an appointment with a GP registrar. These doctors are fully qualified and will have worked in several hospitals. They are completing their specialist training as a GP.
We also teach medical students and sometimes we may ask you to see the doctor or nurse with a student present. We will always ask you if this is acceptable. You may ask for the student to leave if you prefer to have your appointment in private.

This means it has specially qualified clinical teachers who will be supporting new clinicians in practice.
Senior clinicians undertake extra training to become teachers, mentors and supervisors.
Clinicians work for Health Education England and the local universities that organise student placements to ensure patients have the best care while learners learn safely to be ready to look after you now and in the future.
